Spiritually Integrated Depth Psychotherapy

Welcome

I provide therapy for individuals, couples, and families who want to know themselves and each other more deeply. If you feel that you’ve exhausted the tools you have, or that your old losses continue to ache, or that the weight of daily life is crushing, it’s natural to question if real change is possible.

But these experiences can be the very moments that open the door to something deeper, more authentic, and more fulfilling. Often, patterns and beliefs formed long ago continue to shape how you think, feel, and relate today. In our work together, we’ll slow down and look beneath the surface at these deeper threads, shifting them and making space for new ways of living and relating.

I practice an integrative form of therapy that attends to your whole self—mind, heart, body, and, if you choose, your faith. My role is to walk alongside you as you find clarity, heal, and grow into the life you want to live. If this feels like the next step for you, I’d be glad to connect.

We do not come to therapy for small problems; we come because what we are facing is deeply painful and will not go away. Grief, anxiety, depression, relational turmoil, and many other troubles often find their start in psychological wounds experienced early in life and almost always involve more than meets the eye. Some of my clients’ concerns have to do with:

  • Desire for more satisfying relationships

  • Spirituality

  • Struggles with self-acceptance

  • Sexuality

  • Connection with self and others

  • Loss and grief

  • Depression

  • Connection with their body

  • Anger

  • Loneliness

  • Body image

  • Self-worth

  • Stress and panic

  • Authenticity

If you’re wondering about working together but aren’t sure whether I can help with your specific concerns, I encourage you to get in touch so we can talk more. I offer a free 20-minute consultation to help us both get a sense for whether we’re a good fit. If we aren’t, I may be able to provide you with a referral.
